Debbie Marriott is a Partner in the Trade Mark Litigation department, and is admitted as a Solicitor in the UK in addition to being a South African Attorney. She is a fellow of the Institute of Intellectual Property Law, and sits on the Council body for the Institute, as well its ADR, Copyright and Education sub-committees. She speciliases in brand enforcement across the continent, including trade mark oppositions, infringement, domain name objections, and company name objections. She also regularly advises on advertising law. Debbie contributes to international publications, such as Getting the Deal Through :Trademarks.
