The firm is led by Denis Landsberg who holds the degrees B.A. and LL.B from the University of Stellenbosch. He is an international commercial lawyer with wide experience of cross border transactions, assisting clients to negotiate complex contracts and advising on a wide range of interests locally and internationally. Denis is a keen sailor who holds a RYA Yachtmaster Offshore ticket. He is a member of Royal Cape Yacht Club and a past commodore of HHBSC. As a sailor himself, he understands the intricacies of the yachting industry and is well placed to advise our clients in all aspects of yachting law. We have the unique qualification of being actively involved in sailing and being experienced and well connected through established relationships globally.
