Dinah Matlou Bapela

Dinah Bapela is an associate at the firm’s Tshwane office. She specialises in personal injury claims and prepares opinions, notices and pleadings on behalf of clients. In addition, she negotiates settlements in litigation disputes. Dinah has acted as legal advisor to the Road Accident Fund on settlement of claims lodged. This includes coordinating monthly trial preparations, attending pre-trial meetings and consultations with clients, witnesses and counsel.
