Dinesha Deeplal

Dinesha Deeplal obtained her LLB at the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in constitutional and human rights legislation at the same university. She is an accredited SETA assessor and moderator and has completed an advanced course in construction contracts at the University of Pretoria. Dinesha has been a practising attorney since 2010. She joined Strauss Daly in 2008 and works in the corporate advisory and forensic services department as an associate. She is also the coordinator of the tender committee and the head of the Strauss Daly Academy. Dinesha specialises in public and private law, supply chain instrumentation, supply chain capacitation, supply chain dispute resolution mediation, arbitration, Magistrates Court, Labour Court and High Court litigation, due diligence, forensic investigations, governance and compliance advice. She is a member of the Golden Key Society and the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society.
