Duncan van den Heever

Duncan is an Admitted Attorney with Right of Appearance in the High Court. He served articles at one of the prestigious law firms in Cape town in 2010 and was subsequently admitted as an Advocate in 2012. On 6 April 2019 he converted to an Attorney. Duncan's areas of expertise include Divorce, Administration of deceased estates, Evictions, Criminal law(including bail applications), Debt Collecting and Contract law and Company law. Duncan is a registered accountant with SAIBA -BAP(SA) and is uniquely qualified in terms of  the Compliance field.
