Ellen Jurina Louis

Ellen Louis was born and raised in Pretoria, where she matriculated in 1992 and received a bursary from the University of the Free State to study Law. Ellen received her B Juris degree in 1995 and her LLB degree in 1997, the same year she was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer. Ellen Louis did her articles at Roussouws Attorneys in Bloemfontein from 1995-1997 with Roelie Rossouw as her principle principal. Ellen and her family relocated to Cape Town and she joined STBB Attorneys in Cape Town until she resigned in 2009; she was in a small practice until she joined the Cape Town branch of Thomson Wilks Inc at the end of 2013 as a consultant attorney. Ellen specializes in Property Law, Family Law, maintenance and general civil litigation.
