Elmarie de Bruin

Elmarie holds the degrees BA (Hons) and LLB from the University of Cape Town. She was admitted as an attorney in 1991 and has specialised in intellectual property since 1993. She worked at a large firm in Cape Town where she established a trade mark practice. She also worked as an in-house trade mark counsel for an international luxury goods company in London for five years. Elmarie handles all aspects of trade mark and copyright law, both litigious and non-litigious, and handles matters not only in South Africa, but also in the rest of Africa and abroad. She works from the MacRobert Attorneys Cape Town office.
