Elmien Le Roux

Elmien practises in all spheres of property law and specialises in township and commercial developments, town planning law, environmental law and property commercial law. Elmien has specialised for over 25 years in commercial property law, all aspects of commercial, leisure and residential property developments, township and sectional establishment, and commercial property finance. Currently her practice is focused on property commercial contracts, environmental and sustainability law, conservation and biodiversity law, mining law and municipal and planning law. Some of Elmien’s achievements and experience include: Former partner and head of the Commercial Property Department at De Vries Inc.  Member of the Environmental Law Association.
