Emili Souris has practised as a property law professional for over 25 years. At present, Emili heads up the firm’s securities department and represents most of South Africa’s major banks. Representing Nedbank in registering a mortgage bond relating to the funding of a 48-storey residential and commercial sky scraper in Sandton.
