Esri Marais

Esri Marais graduated from Stellenbosch University in 2005 with an LLB degree and began her articles at Bisset Boehmke McBlain Attorneys. In January 2006 she ceded her articles to a boutique family law practice, Catto Neethling Wiid Attorneys where she completed her articles and was admitted as an attorney. In 2011 Esri was admitted as a conveyancer. Esri is a Family Law mediator and has completed the Family Mediator’s Association of the Cape (FAMAC) accreditation course on mediation. She has since worked at Norman, Wink & Stephens and MDW Inc. Attorneys where she specialised in conveyancing and property law matters and labour law. In June 2017 Esri joined the dynamic property law department at Hayes Incorporated and works closely with developers in assisting with the property related matters in the conveyancing department.  Esri has been a member of the property portfolio of the Cape Town Attorneys Association (CTAA) for the past four years.
