Estelle De Wet

Estelle is head of the family law team. She specialises in family law and deals with Ante Nuptial Contracts, maintenance enquiries, domestic violence, custody, access, divorce, civil unions / domestic partnerships and all aspects of the new Children's Act and other related matters. Her work extends to matters involving the application of the Hague Convention on Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Act.
