Floors Stopforth

Floors Stopforth matriculated from Agricultural High, Britz in 1974. He obtained his BProc degree in 1979 at the University of Pretoria (UP). He joined the South African Police Force in 1980 and completed his training during 1991. From there he advanced to the rank of Colonel in 1987 as well as Chief Legal Officer of the Kwandebele Police Force. He left the Police Force in 1993 and completed his articles at Bouwer Attorneys in 1995 and was admitted as an attorney in 1995, during which year he started to practice for his own account under the name of Stopforth Attorneys. He is currently a director at Stopforth Swanepoel & Brewis Incorporated. On the sporting side he plays league squash and golf and enjoys all outdoor sports.
