Francisco Khoza

Francisco Jabulani Khoza is a Director and the Co-Head of the Banking and Finance Department. Francisco specializes in financial services, investment funds and banking regulations. Francisco has experience in advising on the structuring, establishment and promotion of all types of investment funds: collective investment schemes; hedge funds; private equity and real estate investment trusts (REITS). Francisco also specializes in securities, insurance and banking regulation. Francisco regularly advises asset managers on their investment programs in key jurisdictions in Africa. Francisco regularly advises leading local and international fund/asset managers, banks, custodians, pension funds and insurance companies looking to do business in South Africa and in key jurisdictions in the rest of the African continent. Francisco regularly advises: the Public Investment Corporation SOC Limited; PIMCO Europe Limited; Aberdeen Asset Management PLC, Southeastern Asset Management Inc., IG Markets Limited, B Finance Services, Marsh Africa and RisCura. Francisco is also a member of the Management Board at Bowman Gilfillan.
