Francois Johannes Botes

Fanie is the managing director of Millers Incorporated since March 2001. He holds B.Proc and LL.B degrees from the University of the Free State. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg.Fanie completed his articles of clerkship in Bloemfontein and joined Millers Incorporated in 1994, after eight years as partner at a prominent Kimberley law firm. After practising in high court litigation, insolvency law, municipal and administrative law as well as labour law for 31 years, he took over the Corporate and Commercial Department in September 2010. He since specialises in commercial and company law as well as property developments and property related commercial transactions.
