Gael Barrable specialises in all aspects of employment/labour law, drafting employment contracts and policies, due diligence investigations, presenting seminars on developments in employment law, advising on retrenchment and restructuring processes. CCMA, Bargaining Council, Labour Court appearances and dispute resolution. Gael has been practicing as an attorney for 14 years. Initially Gael practiced in a large law firm where she acquired extensive experience in labour law. Since then Gael has been practicing for her own account for 9 years exclusively in the field of labour/employment law.
