Gemma-Kate Hammond

Gemma-Kate Bishop obtained her BA degree in 2006 and her LLB in 2010, both from Stellenbosch University. She is currently studying her Master’s Degree in Marine and Environmental Law at the University of Cape Town. In 2011 she served her articles with Tomlinson Mnguni James and was admitted as an attorney in 2013. Gemma-Kate works as professional assistant in the corporate advisory and forensic services department. She specialises, amongst other things, in general corporate advisory, transaction advisory, contract management and the drafting of various contracts, documents and opinions. Gemma-Kate is a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society.
