Geo Kilian

Geo Kilian obtained his LLB degree from the North-West University in 2010. Following his articles in 2011, Geo was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court on the 5th of March 2012, with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa. In 2018 Geo obtained his Master’s Degree (LLM) in Tax Law from the University of Pretoria. Geo has a huge passion for the law and has gained vast practical experience in various areas of Law. It is his strong belief that success lies in execution, focus and timing.His expertise include, but are not limited to: - Criminal Law (Bail Applications, Pleas, Trials, Unlawful Arrest and Detention Claims); - Assistance with Gender-Based Violence Matters (Domestic Abuse / Harassment / Physical Harm) - Family Law (Divorce, Maintenance, Parenting Plans, Custody); - Magistrate, Regional and High Court Civil Litigation; - Commercial Litigation; - Tax Law; - Rental Agreements and Evictions; - Motor Vehicle Collisions; and - Defamation of Character Claims / Applications. He is currently an Associate in the General Litigation, Criminal and Tax Law Department of Stegmanns Inc.
