Gerhard Van Reenen

Gerhard has been with the firm for over 35 years, heading up the property department where his philosophy has been to turn new clients into long-term partners through excellent service. After graduating from the University of Cape Town in 1969 with a Diploma in Law, Gerhard was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1972. He is a firm believer in integrity and excellence. Valued for his expertise in property law and conveyancing, Gerhard also serves on the Conveyancing Taxation Committee for the Cape Law Society. He is also an Honorary Member of the Cape Law Society. Outside of work, he serves on the commission of Jan Kriel School, which caters for children with special needs and learning disabilities, to aid with fundraising of equipment. He enjoys spending time with his children, reading, photography, hiking and motor racing.
