Gerhardt P Van der

Gerhardt qualified at the University of Cape Town, first obtaining a BA LLB degree and then a Certificate in Labour Law. He was admitted as an attorney in 1996. After a ten-year period as professional assistant and later as associate and equity partner at various law firms, he joined MacRobert Attorneys in 2006. Gerhardt became a director in 2008 and serves on the firm’s medical, corporate and litigation teams. Gerhardt is often invited to present papers at conferences, workshops and seminars in the fields of labour law and medical law. He is a member of the South African Society of Labour Law.

Admitted to the High Court as an attorney in January 1996.
