Ghassan Sader focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, debt and equity capital markets, due diligence investigations and general corporate and commercial work. He received the African Legal Awards 2015 Assistant/Associate Solicitor of the Year award. Representative experience: Part of the team representing Safika Holdings in the disposal of 10.5 million standard bank shares through a complex derivative structure for approximately ZAR1.4bn. Part of the team representing Telkom SA SOC Limited in the disposal of its various African subsidiaries. Part of the team representing Telkom SA SOC Limited in a management buy-out transaction of one of its subsidiaries. Part of the team representing Safika Holdings in the disposal of its shares in Super Group.
