Gregg Hammond

Gregg advises major international and domestic insurers, brokers and reinsurers in relation to coverage disputes and litigation concerning directors & officers liability, construction and engineering, aviation, professional indemnity, public liability, products liability and medical malpractice.  Gregg specialises in subrogated recoveries and defence litigation.  His dispute resolution experience comprises of litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation both locally and internationally.  Gregg obtained his LLB degree from the University of South Africa and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2015.
