Hannelie Swart

Since having left school in 1996 until having commenced articles, Hannelie worked for the vast majority of time, and at least since 2000, as a legal secretary at inter alia Theart, Mey & Partners, Deon C Weber Attorneys, Mendelow Jacobs Attorneys and Nelson Borman & Partners Inc. She however always strive to better herself and completed her LLB, contract of articles and today is a duly admitted attorney at Nelson Borman & Partners. Throughout her career Hannelie have attempted to gain as much experience in all fields of law and always see things that she has started through to their conclusion. Hannelie is currently a Professional Assistant at Nelson Borman & Partners Inc. charged with overseeing the Johannesburg Litigation Branch. The main thrust of the branch is general litigation and acting as correspondent attorneys. This involves a large amount of drafting of court documents according to the Rules of the Courts and she has an in depth knowledge of Court Procedure and Directives, especially that of the South Gauteng High Court, Johannesburg and Magistrate Court / Regional Court Johannesburg. She further attend to personal client’s in all other kind of field of law, especially divorce law.
