Heinrich Crous

Heinrich leads our firm as managing director and as director of the Litigation Department where he applies his expertise in High Court litigation. After obtaining BA and LLB degrees from the University of Stellenbosch, he joined the firm as a candidate attorney in 1993. By 1999 he was made a partner. Heinrich is known as someone who is always open to embracing new ideas, without compromising his strong work ethics and principles. Passionate about pro bono community work, Heinrich has served as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court for the area of Tygerberg since 2009. Once an avid lronman and Comrades Marathon participant, he now simply jogs for pleasure and to keep up with his two sport-loving children, whom he calls his “greatest personal accomplishment”.
