Helen Fotakis Muller

Helen obtained her BA in Law and Humanities in 2003 and her LLB in 2005. She completed articles with Bernardt Vukic Potash and Getz between February 2007 and January 2009 and was admitted as an attorney in February 2009. After admission, Helen joined John Taylor and Associates as a commercial associate in March 2009 where she remained until joining TWB in December 2011. Helen’s main focus is commercial law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, conducting legal due diligences and advising on regulatory compliance with reference to the Consumer Protection Act 38 of 2008 and the Companies Act 71 of 2008. Helen has also worked in maritime and insolvency law.
