Hendrik Visser

Hendrik Visser is a director in the Property Law Department at theBellville branch of Strauss Daly. He obtained his BA (Value and Policy Studies) in 2004 and his LLB in 2007 from Stellenbosch University. He also holds an AIPSA Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria. He joined Strauss Daly Inc as a candidate attorney in 2007 and was admitted as an attorney in 2010, and is also an admitted conveyancer. He specialises in property law and conveyancing, insolvencies and the winding up of deceased estates
