Henk Claassen

The firm is headed by experienced attorney Henk Claassen, who is also a conveyancer and notary. He has a proven track record in property law and has, over the years, represented various developers, investors, banks, estate agencies, mortgage originators and other role players in the property sector. He also has a keen interest in commercial law. Henk enjoys helping small and medium-sized businesses achieve their goals while complying with the legal framework in which they operate, and at the same time minimising their risks. During many years of working as a senior legal adviser in the private business sector, Henk gained invaluable insight into the daily operations of businesses and the obstacles faced by their management. He has considerable experience in divorce and child law and is currently completing a Masters degree in family law. Henk is also a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court.
