Hennie Barnard

Hennie Barnard received his B.Juris LLB LLM (Cum Laude) at the University of the Free State before he joined Strauss Daly Inc in 1985.  Hennie specialises in Liquidations and Commercial Law and has taken appointments as liquidator and administrator of insolvent estates since 1989.  He has been administering large insolvent estates for the past 20 years.  Hennie became the CEO/Chairman in 2001 and under his leadership Strauss Daly has established itself as a national law firm in South Africa and gained significant market shares with a client base of leading financial institutions, private and listed companies and parastatals.”
