Hugh Melamdowitz

Domestic and international trade mark registration, searches and renewals, domestic and international trade mark and copyright litigation, copyright agreements, entertainment law, media law and international distribution. Hugh specialises in commercial agreements relating to intellectual property, licensing, franchising and distribution, as well as competition, advertising, gaming and sports law. Professional activities Contributed to the chapter on Sponsorship Agreements published by the Centre for International Legal Studies. Hugh is an honorary member of the Association of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Centre for International Legal Studies. He is also a popular presenter at conferences.
