Ina Iyer

Ina’s dispute resolution practice specialises in insurance law. She advises a multitude of local and global insurance clients in analysing claims, advising on policy response, reviewing policy wordings, pursuing subrogated recoveries and defending litigation matters. The bulk of her work relates to public liability, products liability, defamation, personal injury, consumer protection and Sasria perils. She commenced her articles in 2011 and was admitted as an attorney in May 2013. She holds an LLB (cum laude) degree from the University of Pretoria and is currently studying towards a Masters in Insurance Law at the University of South Africa.
