Izak Daniël Petrus Visser

Izak Daniel Petrus Visser completed his articles with the firm Immelman & Partners in Goodwood and was admitted as an attorney in 1996. In the latter part of 1996 Izak opened his own practice – what is still today Visser & Partners. He initial focus was around civil litigation and collections. Over time the practice expanded and Izak’s business interests diversified, having held directorships in various companies in the short-term finance, hospitality, debt collection and property administration and development industries. Izak is highly experienced in  financial services, debt related finance, commercial matters, corporate and commercial litigation, property restructuring, property administration, short-term finance and structured finance. He has acted in a number of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance transactions representing commercial entities. Izak has also worked extensively with the National Credit Act and the impact thereof on the banking and short-term finance industry.
