Jacques Christian Haynes

Jacques heads up the litigation department with extensive experience in commercial litigation, liquidations, drafting of commercial agreements and family law to name a few. He previously graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) and Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Stellenbosch before completing his articles of clerkship at a well-established firm in Bellville in 2010. Jacques was admitted as an attorney in 2011 and thereafter also obtained his right of appearance in the High Court. Jacques’s clients include various medium and large businesses, listed companies and the major South African banks.

Admitted to the High Court as an attorney in January 2011.
