Jacques Esterhuyse

Jacques is a attorney who has combined his legal expertise with his vast practical experience. He joined ESI in 1996 and holds more than two decades of experience in the property sector. Jacques was appointment as Managing Director of the firm in 2006. He completed his B Proc at the University of Free State and H Dip Tax with the University of Cape Town. He is ideally positioned to implement and provide practical, management-orientated advise, in addition to negotiating the interface between the public and private sectors, structuring property transactions and facilitating developments. He acts for various corporate clients, financial institutions, municipalities and parastatals, and has extensive experience in the development sector of conveyancing.
