Jacques Willem Odendaal

Jacques was born in Cape Town. He completed his B Iuris. LL.B and LL.M degrees (specialising in corporate law) at the University of South Africa.In 1998 Jacques joined the firm as a Candidate Attorney. He was admitted as Attorney in 2000 and as Conveyancer in 2004. In 2007, he was appointed as a Director. Jacques heads up the Corporate and Commercial department of the firm. He has extensive experience in corporate, commercial and conveyancing matters. Over the years he has acted for a number of successful property developers, financiers and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries and has invaluable experience and knowledge in property developments, structured finance, corporate restructures and involved commercial transactions.In his spare time he enjoys being outdoors on his mountain bike.
