James Stuart Stuart Neave

Jim is the Managing Director of the firm.  He obtained a B.Proc and later a B.Juris degree, both at the University of South Africa, whilst serving 5 years of Articles of Clerkship and was admitted as an Attorney in 1970 and not long thereafter as a Conveyancer. He specialises in Conveyancing (Immovable Property Transactions / bonds / sectional Title Schemes / Housing Developments / Servitudes and other real rights in property), Drawing of Wills and the Liquidation and Distribution of Deceased Estates and Commercial matters in general.
