Jeetesh Ravjee

Jeetesh obtained his LLB at Unisa in 2005 and joined TWB in January of the same year, serving articles under Oshy Tugendhaft. Jeetesh was admitted as an attorney in 2007. Jeetesh focuses on commercial and corporate law with experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, BEE transactions and corporate structuring and restructuring. Jeetesh also deals with the provisions of the new Companies Act 71 of 2008, and has been involved in various Business Rescue matters. Jeetesh specialises in the drafting of the Memorandum of Incorporation [MOI] for all types of entities.
