Jeremy James Gardiner Clark

Jeremy Clark is a consultant to the firm. He was articled at Bell, Dewar & Hall (now Fasken Martineau) and admitted as an attorney in 1985. He has practised law both as an attorney and an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and spent 17 years in commerce in property development and asset management. His areas of specialisation include High Court litigation, commercial and property matters, with a particular interest in property development and utility-scale renewable energy projects. Jeremy has been a director of nearly 20 companies active in property development, ownership, asset management and more recently in renewable energy project development and finance. Jeremy was a student activist at the University of the Witwatersrand in the early 1980s and has also always given time to public interest litigation.
