John Francis Small

John joined Thomson Wilks in 2003 and was admitted as a practising attorney in 2005. John has experience in general civil and commercial litigation, including contractual disputes , company and shareholder disputes as well as disputes and claims in damages and litigates in the Magistrates, Regional and High Courts. John also has extensive experience in preparing and drafting commercial agreements.
