John William Wilson

John Wilson After playing professional football in the PSL, John obtained his LLB degree at the University of Pretoria, majoring in Sports Law. He completed his articles of clerkship with Gael Barrable Attorneys in 2013 and trained mostly in the fields of labour and sports law. John has acquired valuable insight into the legal aspects of sport through his experience on and off the sporting field. John has a passion for sports law, he represents associations, firms, clubs and individuals. He specializes in all areas of this field including, inter alia: drafting contracts, contract negotiation, player representation and dispute resolution.

Admitted to the High Court as an attorney in January 2011.
