Jonathan Whittaker

Jonathan specialises in patent, design, technical copyright and unlawful competition litigation. Jonathan has extensive litigation experience in a broad spectrum of fields including the mechanical, mining, metallurgical, electrical, chemical and pharmaceutical fields. Industry associations Fellow of the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law. Professional activities Co-author of the South African chapter on International Intellectual Property Law, published by the Centre for International Legal Studies. Lecturer for the Patents Examination Board.
