Josua Petrus greeff

Josua obtained the following qualifications in commerce and law: BCom Hons (UPE), MComm (US), BProc (UNISA), LLB (UNISA) and BDP (US). Josua has been practicing criminal law for the past 12 years and his field of expertise within criminal law is bail applications and in particular opposed bail applications in relation to Schedule 5 and Schedule 6 offences, mediations and representations, and the expungement of criminal records.
