Justin Bagwandeen

Justin specialises in commercial litigation, his areas of specialisation include : advising and representing companies, shareholders and directors in litigious disputes, contractual disputes of all types, advising and representing clients in relation to the Consumer Protection Act, property related disputes, insurance litigation and litigious recovery of debts in both the High Court and Magistrates Court. Justin is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
