Karin Krisch focuses on banking and finance, including debt capital markets, securitisation, acquisition finance and general bank loan and security structures. She has experience acting for local and international banks and borrowers in a variety of sectors including finance, agriculture and mining. Representative experience: Advising a US-based agricultural borrower on a secured debt package from a local bank. Advising a state-owned entity on all South African law aspects of their leased premises in London. Advising an international bank on all South African law aspects of the further extension of their funding to a South African steel processor. Advising a multi-jurisdictional bank on the restructuring of their group in all African jurisdictions.
