Kate started her articles at Livingstone Crichton with a strong academic basis and knowledge of business and the business environment. In 2009 she was admitted as an attorney and now works as an associate for the firm. She has since obtained a further qualification in competition law. Kate’s practice areas include matrimonial and family law, estate planning and administration, commercial law and general litigation in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court. In these areas Kate has given advice and had success in matters involving The Hague Convention, defended and undefended divorces and custody disputes, maintenance and domestic violence disputes, labour relations disputes and general advice, commercial and contractual litigation and property- and lease-related matters.
