Keamogetse Nwaila

Keamogetse started her legal career at Qwelane, Theron & Van Niekerk Inc, in Bloemfontein where she was primarily involved in Civil and Labour Law. She was involved in several cases and gained experience in drafting, consulting and court appearances. Keamogetse then moved to Johannesburg and worked for a reputable Commercial Law Firm in Sandton as an Associate, running the business while the director sourced clientele on the road. During her brief time there she gained experience working on Deceased Estates, Drafting of Shareholders, Service, Employment, Trust, Partnership and Loan Agreements, Civil Magistrate Court Litigation, Legal Drafting (Pleadings, Summons, Rescission of Judgments, Heads of Argument, etc), Maintenance Court Litigation and the Law on Maintenance, Criminal Court Litigation (opposed & unopposed bails) and Labour Law matters (mediation proceedings at various Bargaining Councils and the CCMA and Rescission of Awards/ Variations).
