Keane Harvey

Keane is a Practicing Attorney and Founding Partner at DWH Attorneys. He graduated from UCT in 2004 and 2006 with a BA (Law and Humanities) and an LLB degree respectively. Following this, Keane completed articles of clerkship in 2008 and was admitted as an attorney in February 2009. Keane developed an immediate interest in and passion for commercial transactions, and in 2010 was appointed as the Head of Legal for a property development company with interests in the South Africa, the USA and West Africa. In 2012, Keane founded Harvey & Associates, which was operated for 4 years with burgeoning growth and an impressive range of specialist services, until partnering for the creation of DWH Attorneys. Having pursued career specialization in commercial transactions and commercial litigation, Keane developed a deep focus on deal origination, negotiation, drafting and administration. In mid-2014, Keane commenced advising companies operating in the Energy and Oil & Gas industries, and has since constantly advised on matters relating to local and international commercial transaction negotiation and facilitation, joint ventures and collaborations; cross-border trade and acquisitions; international company formation and administration and all ancillary matters required in full scale business administration.
