Kelly Jo Martin

Kelly was admitted as an attorney in 2016 after completing her articles of clerkship with the firm. She is an associate in the firm’s commercial and corporate law department.Kelly is involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general commercial and corporate law matters. She has been involved in the drafting and review of various commercial agreements, including shareholders’ agreements, memoranda of incorporation, loan agreements, security documents, sale of shares agreements and subscription agreements.
