Kenneth graduated from the University of Pretoria in 1996 and was admitted as an attorney in 1999. After specialising in environmental law for four years at Moolmans Incorporated, he co- founded the law firm Cameron Cross Incorporated, specialising exclusively in environmental law. During the following ten years, the firm gained reputation nationwide as one of the leading providers of specialist services in environmental law, and later, health and safety law. Kenneth accumulated 12 years of specialist experience and served clients in the mining, industrial, development, nuclear, as well as petroleum exploration and production sectors, amongst others. He has published numerous papers and articles, presented courses in aspects of environmental law at the University of Pretoria and assisted Government with the drafting of subordinate legislation. By 2010, he was rated as “leading” in the field of environmental law in South Africa, through independent peer review. Kenneth joined MacRobert as a director in 2013.
