Kgabo Serokolo

Kgabo focuses on residential and commercial property ownership. Her areas of practice include township development (rezoning, subdivision, servitudes and real rights registrations, opening sectional title registers and establishing home owner’s association), property audits and evaluation, bond registration, property transfer and property ownership agreements for joint ventures and partnerships. Kgabo served her articles at Boqwana Loon and Connellan Attorneys from 2003 to 2006 and was admitted as an attorney in 2006. She then joined Adams & Adams Attorneys as an associate, where she was promoted to a partner in 2008. In 2012, she founded Serokolo Attorneys and Conveyers, a firm focusing on property matters. She now consults to Gwina Attorneys.
