Kgosi Nkaiseng

Kgosi Nkaiseng focuses on restructuring (insolvency and business rescue) and general commercial litigation. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association of Southern Africa. Representative experience: Representing SARS in an insolvency inquiry into the affairs of Sizani Mining CC.
