Kurt Wiehl

Kurt was admitted in 2000 and has developed a general High Court and Magistrates Court litigation practice. He is also currently a member of the Compliance Institute of South Africa. Other areas of expertise include commercial law, family and matrimonial law, property law, property leasing, estate planning and the administration (winding up) of deceased estates and labour law.
